Rates

  • Our rates for interpreting services are charged per hour (with a minimum of 3 hours, with travel distance and travel time items included)
  • Our rates for translation are based on the minimum charge for 1,000 words
  • Proofreading is charged at an hourly rate.
  • Our terms of payment are 30 days from date of invoice for corporate clients and translation companies and, for private clients, we require payment in advance.
  • We accept payment by bank transfer.
  • We adopt the CIOL Code of Professional Conduct and unless otherwise agreed, all work is subject to these terms. We also adhere to the CIOL Professional Conduct Procedures.
