Rates & Terms

  • Our rates for interpreting services are charged per hour (with a minimum of 3 hours applied, with travel distance and travel time items included)
  • Our rates for translation are based on word count and any other services that may be required 
  • Documents of one page are usually charged at the minimum rate.
  • Proofreading is charged at an hourly rate (approximately 1,000 words per hour).
  • Our terms of payment are 30 days from date of invoice for corporate clients and translation companies and, for private clients, we require payment in advance.
  • We accept payment by bank transfer.
  • We adopt the CIOL Code of Professional Conduct and unless otherwise agreed, all work is subject to these terms. We also adhere to the CIOL Professional Conduct Procedures.
